With Frequently asked questions, we will give you right answer as fast as possible.

(1) Check that the hardware\r\nacceleration is at Full (applies only to XP).

Right-click on the Desktop\r\nand click “Properties”

  ‚ Click the [Settings] tab on the\r\nDisplay Properties window, and then click “Advanced”.

  ƒ Change the “Hardware acceleration” in\r\nthe [Troubleshoot] tab to Full.

 

(2)\r\nReinstall the graphic card driver.

Install\r\nthe program from http://www.vga.pe.kr/3dp/chip_down_kor.php,\r\nand then run it.

Install the graphic card driver after\r\nchecking the relevant user’s Windows version.

 

 

(1) Change video Output

While StarPlayer is playing, right-click “Video” “Output”

 

 Windows XP: \r\nChange to Automatic (VMR7) \r\nVMR9 EVR Overlay Mixer in this order, and then\r\ncheck the video.

 Windows Vista or above: Change to Automatic\r\n(EVR) VMR7 VMR9 Overlay Mixer in this order, and then\r\ncheck the video.

 

(2) Change video decoder (applies only\r\nif the file format is WMV).

While StarPlayer is playing, right-click “Video” “WMV3 decoder”

Change to “Built-in decoder”.

 

(3) Check that the hardware\r\nacceleration is at Full (applies only to XP)

Right-click on the Desktop,\r\nand then click “Properties”

  ‚ Click the [Settings] tab on the\r\nDisplay Properties window, and then click “Advanced”.

  ƒ Change the “Hardware acceleration” in\r\nthe [Troubleshoot] tab to Full.

 

(4)\r\nReinstall the graphic card driver.

Install\r\nthe program from http://www.vga.pe.kr/3dp/chip_down_kor.php\r\nand run

Install the graphic card driver after\r\nchecking the relevant user’s Windows version.

 

 

(5) Unnecessary codecs, such\r\nas codec packs, that are installed can result in a conflict with the codec.\r\nDelete unnecessary codecs, such as codec packs.
